Help System for victims of bulling

In Italy if you are bullied you don´t call a particular number to ask for help because we don´t have it. You can call the police number (113) or another team of police (112). We have only one number to help the victim and the name of this organization is “Telefono Azzurro” (light blue phone). If you are bullyed at school you can ask the teacher for help or, but not in all schools, a special teacher who usually is a counseller. Many people ask their partents for help but is a very difficult decision because the victim might be ashamed. We think that most people don´t ask for help because they fear to suffer yet more bullying and this is a big problem.

In Italien gibt es keine besondere Telefon-Notrufnummer für Mobbing-Opfer. Man kann die Polizei anrufen, das ist die 113, oder den Notruf 112.
Wir haben in Italien nur einen Opfer-Notruf, der nennt sich das „Telefono Azzurro“ (Das himmelblaue Telefon).
Wenn Du in der Schule gemobbt wirst, kannst Du eine Lehrkraft um Hilfe bitten. In manchen Schulen, jedoch nicht in allen, gibt es einen Vertrauenslehrer, der dann berät. Viele bitten ihre Eltern um Hilfe, die Entscheidung fällt allerdings schwer, weil das Opfer sich meistens schämt. Wir glauben, dass viele Opfer gar nicht um Hilfe bitten, weil sie dann befürchten, noch mehr gemobbt zu werden, und das ist das größte Problem.
